The Rape of Iraq

I think it was General Colin Powell that said, if we broke it, we own it. About Iraq, in my opinion, he has been proven right.
     Jeb Bush's mixed up answer to a news caster's question set off a storm of political protest this week on that sorry excuse for a country - Iraq. First observation I draw is this: it is the cradle of civilization, some experts have told us.  most history professors will say that man crawled out of the dust bin of Iraq and developed into the dust bowl that it is today - a quagmire of tribal petty squabbles, unable to defend itself, caught in the perfect 13th century society. How do you throw out the anchor of progress and wallow in camel dung for 1000 years while man walks on the moon?
    Add WWI and WWII together and we've still been in Iraq longer, spilled American blood trying to help for people who, evidently have not the where with all to stand on there own two feet and fight for their own existence. Our army has trained up their "mighty Republican Guard" twice now, and in the face of ISIS bad guys, they throw down their weapons and run away.

Our veterans are mad, and I don't blame them - sacrifice for NOTHING. All for a quick political promise.
    The results are, just in the last 4 days, slaughter of innocent women and babies on a scale that would make the Camp Commanders of Sobibor and Dachau jealous. We have lost every major city in Iraq (after we liberated it, won the war, and handed it over to the Iraqi government) and watched the bloodthirsty ISIS fighters take them back and murder innocent women and kids there in the most vicious ways.
     Meanwhile, what does our golfer in chief do?
     Nothing.

President Obama's New Rules

Let's review: the prez had his teeth handed to him last election in November. No need to review the results here, Except for his brother's hut in Africa, an occasional sled drivers in Alaska probably don't know that outcome, otherwise, we all got it.
     His reaction thus far has been, shall we say, snotty as some national media characterize it. " Two years more of doom and gloom."
     So, pen in hand, he writes ( or directs his minions to do so) the following: we can look forward to having the temperature and quantities of water in our showers monitored. Some sort of national crisis up there with ISIS no doubt looming.
     National mandate on voting coming our way-mandatory for all of us. If you're of voting age, you will be steered (I imagine all sorts of gruesome scenarios of herding us in trucks to the polls.) on election day. Can't wait to hear the justification around the Constitution on that one.

     Obama and Holder's plan on disarming the American people takes on weird outgrowths as we progress onward into his 7th year: dry up ammunition. His ban on importation of less expensive foreign cartridges is being held up in a court fight. (God bless Federal Court Justices beholden to no one). His administration's constant attack on the 2nd Amendment has been the most continued assault on the Bill of Rights for the entire 6 miserable years of his presidency. Lack of space here prevents me from listing all his progress BUT, his latest is an attack on the banking industry attempting to dry up banking services for gun stores, gun retailers, adult stores, and other outlets deemed contrary to his arbitrary choosing. Remember, no public input was involved in the establishment of this " so called public nuisance " list, only comprised inside the White House.
     Dozens of such shops have lost their businesses because of their inability to transact financial deals through local banks: credit cards, deposits.
     The point?  The Obama Administration can't close GITMO on the first day of his office, 6 years ago. It is STILL OPEN. Keep a list of the items the president has promised, then check off those that he has jumped the shark on - " If you like your doctor, you can KEEP YOUR DOCTOR." (I lost my doctor of 12 years only yesterday, a victim of ACA stress.)
     My wife's doctor said to us yesterday, that "if it wasn't for this building we are in that we have to pay off, I'd go be a waitress someplace else." She, a Harvard graduate.
     My question? Are we out of control?

MR OBAMA, I DON'T FEEL SAFE-PLEASE RESIGN

For the first time in my life, I turn 75 next week, I don't feel safe, Barack. It has been my job as a father, a husband, an adult, to preserve, protect and defend my children, my wife, house, dogs, and myself for as long as I can remember.

     And now, I don't feel safe. Oh, I can handle a gun, alright. I know my way around pis

tols, rifles, shotguns and the like, quite comfortable with all of them. And my house is outfitted with enough to fend off anything that might come our way until the police arrive. But that's not the problem.

     I don't feel safe in my own town, my own state, my own country. 

     And, I blame you. 

     You are an adult, intelligent and at times, well reasoned. There is no time for argue. No time for a tit-for-tat debate. You know you are double=speaking to the American people, and so do I. The world is a mess, you are not leading, you are barely following. You can not do this. Now, you may not be able to do it, and if that's the case, step up to the plate, Man up and admit it.  

     We are no longer in a leadership position in the world. The Barbarians are not only at the gates, I feel like they're about to burn them down, most are dressed in black and carrying large, ugly knives. 

     You seem to disparage Christians  and Jews of late and excuse the ISIS murderers are wanton, errant school boys, this has begun to keep me up at night. A word of encouragement along the lines of Franklin Delano Roosevelt would be appreciated, sir, maybe with a little of John Kennedy thrown in. It would make us all feel a lot more confident??

CIVIL UNREST? ......GRUMBLING IN THE HOLD? .......MORE THAN JUST "MALAISE"?

Tell me I'm dreaming. Tell me I'm imagining things. The race riots in St. Louis are peaking up again. The blacks are in the streets after another shooting, this time the incident is clear: policeman fired upon by black shooter three times. Policeman (unidentified as to race) returns fire kills shooter. Shooter's gun AND slugs recovered.
    Doesn't matter, the rioters are in the street anyway hollering " DON'T SHOOT." I don't get it, Don't Shoot???" The guy shot at the cop, right? Cop shot back. In any town in America, that's ok. As one radio DJ put it, they have no back up in St. Louis, no police chief, no Mayor, no Governor to watch their backs. TOTAL LAWLESSNESS.
    Mexico's president calls us racists for trying to enforce our border laws against his citizens for crossing over into our country. IMAGINE? Infuriating!! He thinks we're racists for enforcing our laws in OUR country. And he has the gall to live it up in Governor Moonbeam's mansion over in California a couple of months ago.
    All Americans should re-think that vacation south of the Border and head north, just to make a point.
    Meanwhile, our pin-prick air strikes are barely giving ISIS an Excedrin headache as they bare down on that border town in Syria while they sharpen their knives on that town's 10,000 trapped women and children.
    Our Golfer and chief managed to make off for another fund raiser or two while those poor people make peace with their God while awaiting their beheadings. I wonder how long it will take our fearless leader to dream up a foolproof way to denude our Republic of our own personal firearms so we won't have personal protection when ISIS hits our shores??

The Oklahoma Cutthroat......ISIS? .....or, Workplace Violence??

Already slanting the news away from objective, no-nonsense, straight arrow reporting, the dark-hued news readers of CNN have begun leaning left-wise away from obvious facts as reported on other networks.
    The facts about the Oklahoma Cutthroat:
              * He's an avowed radical Muslim
              * His Facebook fotos and rants say so and have been telecast for all to see.
              * He has been reported as having ranted in Arabic while beheading his victim.
              * His M.O. is identical to ISIS killers previously filmed from IRAQ
              * While an American, he changed his name to a Muslim one posted it on line
              *  He has a violent past and a long criminal record.
   The reporters while interviewing the former head of the CIA posed questions sprinkled with suggestions about the incident possibly being " work place violence," a term the Obama Administration loved to use at Fort Hood with Major Hassan and his mass shooting of soldiers.
   The interviewee answered that suggestion was preposterous. It was directly connected to Al Queda in his mind, he stated. Further there were other such attacks not reported in the media he said, one such involved a multiple murder in New Jersey, four citizens died. The details are not public.

American Gun Rights VS. ISIS coming to America - Beware Yon Cassius

So, you think you have a friend in government, do you? Beware the government that fears your guns. Quick reviews of history shows the governments that disarm their citizens will show you who rules in fear and who in freedom. Obama has quietly been moving to quench the supply of guns and ammo into the market but, frustrated by the free market place. Guns sales are still up. Women are the fastest growing market segment for pistols. 
     As of today, there are more guns than Americans. 
     The lunatic fringe in ISIS those wonderful folks from the 11th Century have the idea they're coming here to lop off our heads with swords, have not yet learned history from the Japanese. 
     Fellow Americans: - ARM YOURSELVES. When the minimalist authorities decry our very Constitution, it is up to us to protect home and hearth. The First Amendment protects the Second Amendment, which protects all the rest. 
     If ISIS, comes here and I believe they will try, then we MAY have to meet them in the streets. If we do, Ferguson, Missouri may be a block party by comparison.

He did it --AGAIN!! " No More Boots On The Ground!! ( 24 hours later - Boots on the ground!!)

We're back in Iraq, Jack, Marines with boots - - - combat boots. Secretary of State, the long distance medal thrower of Viet Nam, John Kerry, looks deeply into the camera lens and drones on - " We will not put boots on the ground in Iraq!"
     And, in just a squeegee over a day - fifty....no, 75, I think they said, no, maybe I50, the transparent Obama administration dithers on the facts these days, such Marines are indeed on the ground back in Iraq protecting something around, in, near, Sinjar. DC hollers that the cops in the stix should be more CLEAR and CONCISE when reporting facts to the public. Hmm, something like Commissioner Mumbles of the IRS in front of Darrel Issa's committee on who stole the cookie jar, I suppose.
     Unlike the goings on in Rowdyville Missouri on the shooting just five days ago, tough to discern who hit John. Yes, our head Boy Scout chimed in again, throwing his 3 cents into the melee, offering his " advice to local cops to shape up and be TRANSPARENT to the local community. Transparent.....reminds me of the old Jewish joke about the guy who kills his parents and throws himself on the mercy of the court claiming he is an orphan. Called chutzpah.
    As we speak the bad guys murdered 80 men, women, children Iraqui Christians ( THAT I believe) the info, it came from them, not DC.
    The Catholics have the pictures on their web-sites. Not for the faint of heart. Lotsa blood.
Babies in Swadling clothes without heads. These beasts are crazy and we are going to have to kill them. Remember, There is a reason the 2nd Amendment is our original Homeland Security. I'm afraid we may need it........and soon if these animals get loose over here.
