I NO LONGER TRUST OUR GOVERNMENT

I remember when Michelle Obama stunned everyone when she said "for the first time in her life, she was proud of her country," when Barry was nominated and elected.
     Well, for the first time in MY LIFE, all 76 years of it, I am ashamed to admit that I no longer trust ANYTHING my government says to me (us) in any manner, shape or form. TV news reports, presidential announcements, greasy proclimations from press conferences - hope! Not one word. I assume, their lips are moving, ergo, they are lying, or someone behind them told them to. I wait for the announcements a day or two later from someplace else declaring the opposite is true.
     I have yet to be disappointed.
          " All dictators,...all totalitarian regimes eventually come to an end. Sometimes it seems they go on forever, but, they do end, and we go on to better times."......Mathatma Ghandi, great soul of India.
     And so it will be, our political pendulum will again swing away from socialism (as the late comedian Williams once quipped "Communist Lite"), and come back to what we once were, freedom.
     Richard Nixon, one of former presidents was run out of office because the Democrats vilified him for lying. He lied to the American people and resigned for it.
     Currently, at this writing, the leading contender for the election, Mrs Clinton, iw leading  the poles. There is no doubt (70% agree in the national polls) that she is a liar on many different subjects both trivial and deeply troubling. Yet, the majority of Americans SEEM to overlook that and her husband, he of the stained dress, and are willing to put them back in the OVAL office.

OBAMA AND HIS LEGACY

If ever there was an example of the wide divide between a politicians promises and his actions, none such could be greater than Barack Hussein Obama, one of the slickest salesmen ever to occupy 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
      Essentially, he searched every zip code of America holding the poor, the downtrodden, the overlooked, and told them what they wanted to hear, " I'm gonna rescue you. The govmt's gonna give you free stuff."
      And they bought it. He injected race into every conceivable subject he possibly could. MSNBC, NBC, CBS, ABC, tedium ad naseum backed him up covering his stories when need be, and covering UP those that needed the shade.
      And, the "dis-enfranchised?  They bought it. And our heroic General Powell voted for him the first time. Then, after the disillusionment of the first four years, we discovered General Powell voted for him the second time. And, it got worse. Now, why would he do a thing like dat?
      Why did his Justice (?) department fail to indict ANYONE during Congressional hearings? Remember Lois Lerner? 5th Amendment? Remember the world class ARROGANCE of Koskinen head of the IRS.?
       Obama has a legacy alright. In my personal view - a bad one.

WHAT'S WRONG IN AMERICA?--- WATTER'S WORLD KNOWS

To me, it is as simple as that. Jesse Watters broadcast on Fox has declared the needle in the haystack, the Nigerian in the fuel supply, the skunk in the works: our educational system for our young people.
Why? Who is plotting to take out the meat of education in our schools? And why are the doing it? My mother used to kid me and say it was a Russian Plot. Even Chem Trails, a Russian plot.
     Don't think so? Tune in on O'Reilly some night and catch Watter's World where he cruises the campuses of America or, walks the streets of modern America and asks such brain-draining questions such as " Who won the Civil War?" (Harvard Student) - answer, " GERMANY!!" (and she belted it out like she was proud of it, too). My favorite was " Name three countries in Europe." Rutgers kids came up with England, France and Nebraska.  We no longer teach History in our sch
     The fact that 98% of the children that followed Bernie Sanders around screaming for his brand of the new America (Socialism), couldn't find the definition in Funk & Wagnals, nor understand the financial devastation in 1938 that fell on Germany. And, the Socialist harvest after the war when they took barrels full of Deutch Marks and burned them for heat as they were worthless.
     Much of the political and economic instability we face here at home today will be all to familiar to older Americans who remember the pre=war atmosphere in the late 1930's before Germany went south on us.
     Socialism: Ask a friend what it's like to live in Denmark. (80% tax brackets), but the good news is , the government comes around to tie bibs on you when you eat soup, wipes your chins, does your dishes, gas and oils your cars, and tells you just about everything else you should be doing with your life.

THE NATIVES ARE REVOLTING........

I think it was Dr. Livingstone that said that once, upon being discovered in the jungles by an English colleague hunting feaverishly for him.     I feel that way.
     Almost daily now, there is reported a riot, somewhere in my country, guns blazing, bodies dropping, Police and apparently white citizens dying. Here's what I am thinking. What's going through my head. Maybe it has nothing to do with reality, but it's what is going on in my hand divisin among us.ad and heart: IT'S TIME TO BUY AN AUTOMATIC SHOTGUN.  and, while I'm at it, a handgun with a large caliber that has stopping power, like a .44 caliber. As a lone citizen of my country, I feel helpless and abandoned by a government who, in my opinion has done little or nothing to cast some sort of comfort and or protection out over the citizenry during the stressful time of terror among us.
      I went out the other night for some of my favorite donuts at Circle K. I do that a lot. Normally, nothing scares me, I'm 6'3" and 220 pounds. My wife said before I left, " carry your gun." My wife HATES GUNS. She's never said that before - ever.
 Had I assessed Tucson, Arizona the wrong way? One hour I $got back, there was a shooting on the west side of the tracks, 1 dead, 1 wounded.
     Now it occurred to me with the randomness of it all, that I could be walking into the next black on white ambush in a shopping center, nut=ball type ISIS machine gun party at the local Y, without even knowing what's next.....
     The Boy Scout Motto: BE PREPARED. I now carry a gun. Always. And I advise every one of you to carry, two. We're down to the knuckles, folks.
