The American Government Under (De)Construction

 Let's analyze: so far in about six years, I can account for the Health and Human Services spending (untolled ) millions of dollars in just setting up a computer system for Health Care for the government and "Obamacare." The job to do it never went out to bid. The contractor has a hazy past, the press never did a follow up on it, who were they? The IRS..hmm. Lois Lerner failed to turn over emails, documents required by Senate subcommittees even under subpoenas blocking legal investigations. Several IRS big wigs, ditto, and then resigned under " clouds of suspicion."
     Subsequent IRS operations, loss of taxpayer records, loss of work hours to employee playing during work time on house computers as reported in press stories, then recent explosions regarding the loss of 20 million taxpayer files to hackers and IRS officials waving their hands in confused desperation over the matter.
     The official response from IRS manager Koskinen? Arrogance mixed with mumbled and vague I don't knows to the Senate subcommittee who subsequently have done nothing about it.
     Meanwhile I believe the Office of Management and Budget audited somewhere near $100 million dollars in over payments to either dead people, welfare recipients and over payments to some government contractors who deliberately over billed Uncle Sam. " We are investigating."
     Then there is the recent hacker of 200 million PERSONAL FILES from OPM, another government agency. That's everything they know about us, social security cards, credit cards, your grandmother's birthday to your kids prison records. EVERYTHING. And what do we hear from our government? Zip? Zero. Nada from the White House. That's because they don't know what to do about it. God forbid the Chinese attack        
         Then, there was the woman testifying before a Senate subcommittee this week. One Senator asked, do you need help.  "yes, please, thank God," and by the next morning, she's retracting everything she said and hiding under her desk. Government pensions are hard to come by these days.
     The San Francisco killing of a beautiful young American girl has turned into a political finger pointing game of " he said-she said" as the INS, ICE, SFO, sheriff's department seek to shift blame behind the cold, dead body of their collective guild
     The girl is dead. The Illegal Alien is an ILLEGAL ALIEN, not an undocumented Democrat.
     On retrospect, in spite of what the president says, nothing in the government seems to work. To me, every time I see someone on the national level making a pronouncement, I tend to believe the opposite. This is the first time in my life I AM NOT PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN, with apologies to Michelle Obama.

She's Got Lois Lerner Eyes...........

The "Late" Lois Lerner of the IRS, with those come hither eyes of hers reminds me of the late Betty Davis.  Now, Voyager, listen up - the ongoing scandal involving IRS bad guys and girls now heating up ( then, there are Border Wars) that shoot all kinds of thrills up my leg. 

     Fer instance, bad memories of .........(Watergate!!) shh! You'll wake Bob Woodstein. Oh, I forget, he only topples Republican Presidents. My sneaking suspicion is this thing will develop into the Prez's own Watergate as this spaghetti unrolls as Congressman Issa continues to probe, and the Federal Judge finally does something about it.

     For the first time since the WH pustule got lanced, this morning, I heard one word that was new to the discussions: JAIL. And, it involved pretty eyes Lerner. She had better cough up email city or else a Federal (hangin') Judge mentioned the word - J A I L. No kidding.

     My mind hearkened back to unraveling of the Democratic feeding frenzy known as Watergate. Hereto is the same, IN MY OPINION situation:

• Prez want $3 Billion for border fix. WHERE did that come from? One Senator said he could do it for $30 Million. He couldn't pull a budget out of Congress in 5 years, but 3/7 billion came up within hours? Wow!!
• TV news reports that gov't studies say various departments erroneously gave away $100 billion to... "who knows"? Dead people, criminals, etc. The list of erroneous recipients is pending. What gives?
• NSA still spying on us?
• Over 80% of US identify as Christian. Israel is under attack and the Prez ignores all and shoots pool. Please explain........now.
• 40 News organizations just told the WH "you stink." We caught that, and BTW, over 70% of us agree. Any comments or are you out playing golf?

I don't want to bore anyone with the list of phony scandals, but if you could spare the time to pick up your " PHONE" and clean some of them up, we all would appreciate it.

On the Brink? More than 50% don't trust their Governent!!

That means, whenever a national news conference broadcasts, somebody says something, most of the on-lookers probably don't believe what is said. 
     When the President speaks, most of us understand that the opposite is probably going to happen. We trust the military more than we trust Congress, and we trust Congress only slightly more than used car salesmen. Jesus, people!! Even stupid folks getting free s$%# from the government aren't that stupid enough to miss:-  

1. Russia is running us into the ground 
2. Our national credit card is over drawn
3. Our own spy agency is spying on us
4. the New York Times ( the prez's own newspaper) just came out against HIM)
5. He can't come up with a household budget in 5 years but an anti-gun law in 2 weeks, YES!
6. I.R.S, sure, they're here to " help you!!" Meanwhile, it's bonuses over there for everyone!!
7. NSA, bottleneck on information, subpoenas, trial dates, " nope, no info here, move along, nothing to see here." 
8. Lois Lerner, Indicted, runs for cover. DOJ Chief, Indicted, doesn't run for cover - finger in the air. " Whadda ya gonna do about it?"
9. VA - at this writing, 40 veterans dead on stretchers in the hall while files lay on desks. VA chief in committee meetings. Nice guy, "we'll get back to you." The infection spreads. At this writing 6 VA hospitals and spreading. No action, brave warriors back from the field still dying.
10. Barack Obama and family spent half a billion dollars in three years shoveling his family around on various Air Force One planes to and from various vacations.

I am not a lawyer and I do not know what counts for grounds of impeachment for the office of the president. My question is: what attorney in America does? What are the grounds for Impeachment, Why hasn't someone stepped forward and attempted to present a case?
